CCTV Security Helping to Prevent the use of Fake Bank Notes

Pictures from CCTV security have been released by police of a man believed to be connected to a number of incidents across Lancashire involving fake bank notes. The incidents which occurred between May and December last year across a number of locations including Preston and Blackpool saw the offender enter a shop or pub and pay for items using forged bank notes.
The purchases were usually of small value in order for the offender to receive as much change as possible.
With the release of CCTV pictures this week police have urged anyone who may know the man captured on camera to come forward in order to stop this fraudulent behaviour.
